Det är ett perfekt boende för de som vill komma iväg från storstaden till naturen. Perfekt för familjen och/eller den som jobbar på distans! Det finns en dedikerad arbetsyta för den som behöver jobba. Delat Hemmagym! Ett välutrustat hemmagym med bland annat, spinningcykel, stakmaskin och bänkpress med skivstång.

3 bedrooms available in a sunny family home nestled in a small suburb only a 5-minute drive from Karlstad centre. There are buses to town centre readily available. It is also an easy 25-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle along the banks of the river Klarälven. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood close to the river. You will not share the house with other guests but I stay in the basement during your stay. I have a nice outside cat and a friendly dog who also stays with me in the basement.

House by the lake / Hus vid Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

FredrikLars-gården vid Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården i anslutning till Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 1800-tal eller äldre. I denna gård lär den store uppfinnaren John Ericssons farfar Nils (f. 1747 – d. 1790) ha bott. På en sten i gårdens grund ska en inristning med Nils namn finnas. Bild på denna sten finns i Värmlandsarkivs fotarkiv på en bild från 1955 (foto Lennart Thelander, bilderna SEVA_11229_36 och SEVA_11230-1), men har inte kunnat hittats i nutid. Troligen är den dold av murbruk som har täckts över stenarna.

Njut av den fantastiska utsikten över den sagolikt magiska sjön Fryken. 5 rum +bäddsoffa/ i 2 rum 1 nyrenoverat badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett. 1 dusch med tvättrum. 1 toalett med handfat och dusch. Kök. Stort rum som kan användas som mötesrum samt ett allrum. Välkomna!

Vi erbjuder nyrenoverat och trevligt boende i vårt gårdshus. 10 minuter från Karlstad och 25 minuter från Kristinehamn. Nära av/ påfart till E-18 och länstrafikens bussförbindelse på promenadavstånd. Djur och vacker natur finns inpå knuten. Här finns tillgång till bad och fiske i både Vänern och Gapern. För den golfintresserade finns flera golfbanor på nära håll. I Väse en knapp mil bort finns Vilda parken där man kan både åka skateboard och BMX.

Fjäll

Charmigt och mysigt hus på landet, där man kan bo året runt. Ett idylliskt ställe där man kan koppla av, nära till skog, sjöar, naturreservat och fantaskiska kantarell ställen. Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.
