Our holiday home is located about 100 m from the Edersee on a hill, so that from here, depending on the water level, one has a wonderful lake or Edersee-Atlantis view. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right in front of your front door. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

Next to the river & R1 cycle track, two-room flat

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room. We welcome pets here, please bring only 1 pet per stay! In case you would like to bring more, please contact us before booking. The river Fulda is directly next to us, with direct access. You can swim, try stand-up paddling or just enjoy the landscape after your bike tour or after having explored Kassel.

Forest & Lake vacation home

Quiet and hidden, our Wald & See holiday flat offers you a retreat for your relaxing holiday. It is within walking distance of Lake Edersee and the forests of the Kellerwald National Park high above the lake in Edertal-Bringhausen. The light accompanies you throughout the day. In the morning it greets you in the conservatory, wanders around the house during the day until you enjoy the last rays of sunshine on the terrace in the evening with a good meal and a glass of wine.

A place for a particularly sustainable stay and vacation: You rent the upper floor in a house about 100 years old, which was completely renovated after a long vacancy. Travel by train and use the bikes you brought or the existing ones (good transport connections also by car). Tennis, fishing, canoeing or trips by train to the surrounding towns (Melsungen, Rotenburg, Kassel) are possible. CO₂ neutral pellet heating, electricity from Greenpeace Energy. 50 mBit LAN/Wi-Fi.

Unique location and impressive panoramic views await you!!! You live in an attic studio with a large panoramic balcony and direct views of Lake Edersee. Please inform yourself on the internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes!!! The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Your studio stands out for itself, only an internal staircase we share. The whole environment is a dream for hiking, marveling at heaven, and dreaming.

With private jetty! Vacation apartment cabin

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Rural living in the countryside, ideal for active people

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Small, fine apartment offers everything the vacationer's heart desires for 2 people. A separate entrance and a private terrace allow you to forget everyday life in peace. The apartment is fully equipped with a private bathroom (shower, toilet), kitchenette, dining table, double bed and a small sofa. Seating is available on the terrace and a fire pit can be provided.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is fully equipped. It has a bright living room with large double bed and flat screen, a balcony to the south side of the lake, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an open kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area. Towels and bed linen are included. The beds are already made when you arrive, so you can start your vacation right away.
