One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the first floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Chalet Schlern, new appartment with garden.

Our new apartment in the Chalet Schlern is located in Siusi , below Alpe di Siusi and has incredible view to the Dolomites. It is located in Siusi with a spectacular view of the mountain scenery of the Dolomites. The apartment, completed in 2021, is located at the foot of mount Sciliar, close to the “Alpe di Siusi cable car". The cable car to the Alpe di Siusi can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes (600 m), the centre of Siusi allo Sciliar is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance (1 km).

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. You will be awakened by the romantic bell tower and can then immediately start your hike. Our new apartments are located at the foot of the Alpe di Siusi in a sunny and quiet location surrounded by greenery, 900m from the village center of Siusi. The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair. Each apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace with garden.

Vacation on the Moandlhof farm

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time. Our quiet, sunny apartment is the ideal starting point for your vacation in the Dolomites; in Siusi allo Sciliar at the foot of the beautiful Alpe di Siusi. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the center and the cable car to the Alpe di Siusi is easily accessible in about 15 minutes on foot (or by shuttle bus).
