The room is located 5 to 10 min drive from the city center and offers homely, spacious and quiet accommodation including free Wi-Fi, sunny terrace, a fire-place, every basic equipment and nice panoramic scenery near-by. The place is perfect for larger groups of people during the summer time, either to spend quality time with family or have fun with friends. Also, we take care of free tea, coffee and nibbles. The apartment has a private entrance, a private courtyard with space for two cars. Smoking is forbidden in the house. IMPORTANT:Parties are strictly forbidden in the house, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am This home is located not far from the city center (20 min by walk) in a very calm living area
