Great pre 1900 victorian cottage located in midtown and close to all the attractions on the island. Enjoy a home with features such as original stained woodwork, transoms above the doors. Home is for 6 people maximum, no additional guest are allowed. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment.
