Truly a Million $ View, with bonus Million $ Host. # 1 place to stay in Homer! Brett’s house is gorgeous, the architecture, art, furniture, linens, basically everything exudes luxury. Can view the Spit, Glacier & bay during morning coffee, hot tub or workout! Brett was available for any questions and checked in to make sure we were all having a great time. Highly recommend his place if you wanna make your Homer trip over the top!

We loved this place, would absolutely stay again. It was so cozy, had all the amenities we could need, and loved all the special little extras it had to offer. I couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was either. Thank you for letting us stay and being a great host!

This Airbnb was a welcome crash pad after a long day of air travel with children and an elderly parent. There were enough comfortable beds and even a pack n play for our group, and the home was spotless with bottled water, convenience to airport and clear instructions. A pizza delivery from the host’s recommended pizzeria (Sorrento’s) and a tub to bathe the kiddos were the cherry on top. Overall a great place to reset and recharge before an early train to Seward the following morning.

What a beautiful house that exceeded the description! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our 2 Daughters and their husbands and all 5 of our grandchildren! The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the dining room and deck! (.....from an online search: The mountain seen from a house deck on Golden View Drive in Anchorage, AK is likely The Sleeping Lady, also known as Mount Susitna. The body of water is likely the Cook Inlet) The location was very close to many restaurants and several of the attractions we planned to visit as well as having privacy, with wonderful views from the windows and porches. Absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our small group to separate for a few days from a bigger group of 11. 4 of us enjoyed the views, the peace, laundry & hot tub. Separate rooms with great beds. We loved it. Hope to come back one day in the future! Thanks so much for making our stay in Homer so special.

Chris and Ally’s place was spotless, cozy, and clearly well cared for. We immediately felt their warm hospitality. They shared great local tips and events happening during our stay, which we attended and thoroughly enjoyed. Their recommendations helped us experience the area like locals. Chris and Ally were kind, responsive, and respectful of our space. It’s rare to find hosts who are both friendly and professional, but they struck the perfect balance. Seeing my daughters enjoy their pets and chickens was a bonus also! Thank you both for your time, kindness, and the welcoming environment you created. This was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we hope to stay with you again in the future!

What a fantastic property. The personal touches were so inviting and made us feel like it was our home. Loved watching Mama moose with her calf taking a stroll across the lawn. The windows and views were stunning! We could clearly see right down to Homer Spit and also the mountains/glaciers across Kachemak bay. The location was remote and private, yet close to everything. Would love to visit again! Thank you for all the accommodation!

This comfortable apartment gave us a home away from home on our first trip to Alaska. It was cozy and well equipped with a warm fireplace, coffee pot, large shower and comfortable bed. Jane provided shampoo and body wash as well as some coffee and tea bags. The garden was lovely with blooming flowers and trees. I would recommend this place to future travelers to Anchorage. While it was convenient and walkable to downtown, it allowed us to feel private and secluded with it's hidden garden.

Kesh's place is very nice and has everything you may need for a stay in Anchorage. The location is excellent! easy to get to the attractions. Kesh was very responsive and accommodating, and I would definitely stay again and recommend his place to others :)

Ryan’s place was awesome. The hot tub on the back deck coupled with the private family setting and the view was awesome. If you’re traveling with a group that needs more than two bedrooms, this place is stellar. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

This home was perfect for three couples and added plus we could Bring our dogs! Spacious, clean and great views from those amazing living room windows!. The deck was enormous and if we had another night would have loved using the fire pit. This kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easily the most generous kitchen and cooking supplies I've ever seen in a rental. We would definitely Make this first choice when returning to Soldotna. A
