Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. The tax will be included in the overnight rate. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

Dear guests, You can expect a 1 1/2 room apartment, created in 2020 and modernly furnished, including a private entrance. It has a separate bathroom as well as a separate kitchen. At your disposal are also a spacious outdoor seating area, a lockable bicycle shelter, as well as 2 CAR parking spaces directly at the house. Beautifully located between vineyards, towards the end of a cul-de-sac, here you can enjoy your vacation here in peace.

The "Spielberg-Lodge" is a stylish & modern furnished apartment with oak parquet and underfloor heating for max. 2 people. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax. But also the big cities of Basel (Switzerland) & Strasbourg (France) are easily reached within an hour by car, as well as Europa-Park in Rust as well as the Black Forest, Vosges & Kaiserstuhl.
