Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Keystone

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Loved staying here!! Host is very attentive and nice. Family Reunion of 10 ppl, never ran out of things to do. Close to hiking & to town (10 min) yet felt quiet and remote. Loved the wildlife & cute fox that must live nearby. Gorgeous views of mountains, ski hill, City lights, stars... Super clean. Kitchen was loaded with every gadget imaginable & super clean appliances with plenty of seating for meals. Lots of games, puzzles, pool table, large hot tub, etc. Living rooms were very spacious with lots of seating so family game nights were fun and comfy. Beds were clean& comfy. Temperature inside was perfect + heated floors in master bath. Never ran out of hot water and never had issues waiting for a bathroom or a shower. Surprising for 10 adults sharing 1 house. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is particular/picky!

I was able to completely relax every night that I came home from work sit back enjoy a fire cook a nice meal. It was a wonderful place to be. I actually wouldn’t mind going there someday to just relax and hang out and kind of vacation. Wonderful place to stay I cannot express in words. What a wonderful time I had and what a great host Gary was place is awesome. Highly recommended.

Very responsive host; beautiful house; close to the slopes

Absolutely stunning home! Would recommend to anyone heading to Breckenridge. Not walkable distance to shops/restaurants but just a short 7/10mins drive & Ubers are not pricey. We spent a lot more time at the home than we planned to, didn’t need to leave to get the great views 😍

The home was beautiful and exactly as shown and described. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions and even sent us a local guide pamphlet with local recommendations. There were planet of rooms and was surprisingly quiet with the bedroom doors shut while others were watching TV in the living room. 10/10. Will stay here again when we visit Keystone with our large family group.

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Perfect little place! Quiet, beautiful scenery! Not far from anywhere you want to go. Very clean, felt like home! Host was very responsive and helpful. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great ski trip! Location in the resort square was great and the communal hot tub/pool table were nice amenities. Definitely would stay again! Check-in was at a different building but is very easy to find and has easy instructions.

The place was unique and interesting and felt like we were staying in a treehouse. They were beautiful little lights at night and two private areas to relax outside, was quiet and peaceful and cozy. Plenty of room for the two of us even my very tall husband, and our luggage without having to trip over things. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Bob was right on the money about how to find the place even came out and greeted us, was able to provide information, his little dog was hilarious and friendly, all in all and excellent trip and stay.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Nick's place is beautiful! Very clean. A great view of the mountain range. Very quiet neighbors and neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to chill but still be close to some great bars/restaurants, this is the place!

Phenomenal place right in the heart of Breckenridge. Highly recommend this place as it’s a wonderful spot. High ceilings, large comfy bed, steam shower, log cabin feel and Mountain View’s. Walkable to everything. We’ll be staying here again.

The view is what makes this place special! We had a very nice time, sitting on the balcony, watching the boats and taking walks along the shore of Lake Dillon. Great location, close to Silverthorne, Frisco, Keystone.

Remigijus was very responsive and helpful. The condo is very nice and well stocked and the view is spectacular!

We really enjoyed the easy access to the slopes. The condo was exactly what we expected. It was clean and comfortable. Everything worked such as the Internet, TV, appliances, etc. We'll definitely be back.

This condo is located just a couple of minutes away from Keystone Ski Resort. The apartment has a beautiful mountain view. It is spacious and cozy with the fireplace in addition. The kitchen was well equipped ( all utensils were there and even spices and cooking oil) so we could feel like at home. Marilyn was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend that place for your stay in Keystone.

We took our family of 5 to Keystone for our first vacation to Colorado. The condo and surrounding complex was beautiful and had several amenities nearby for our family. We came during the off season, which we found out meant that many of the stores and restaurants were closed, but we were able to find nearby places in Dillon and Frisco. We really loved having the peace and quiet of being at the condo before the summer activities started, however. Bryce and Lori were very responsive and accommodating, and we can't wait to plan our next trip back to beautiful Keystone!

Great place, Great host!

Kyle's home was lovely, just as described in the posting. There were lots of extras provided - from extra blankets to even coffee in the kitchen! The location is superb! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and very clean. This was our second stay in this building, and the building is one of the best. Short walk to lift, pool and hot tub close by (walk through the parking garage), and the ski locker is super convenient. Location can't be beat. It can be a little challenging to find the key and garage if it's your first time, however the video they provide is super helpful. I wish we had that during our first stay. Unit overall is quiet (top floor) and clean. However, there is a maintenance area right outside the window, so we were awakened on a few occasions by bobcats and delivery trucks. One night at 3am...I understand early morning and am fine with it, but that was a little much. Communication was quick, however just copy and paste. I give it a 5/5 overall. I think this is a good choice for you and your kid or two.
