This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

the flat was very roomy, light and airy. clean and fresh when we got there. parking was very easy and convenient for the house. had some concerns about the steps up to the flat but it was no problem - less steps than I had thought. Emma was quick to respond to queries 11.00 am checkout is useful - many places want you out earlier. Would be happy to use again

Genuinely great place to stay, I walked everywhere like a 10 minute walk to centre. I really enjoyed the view from the apartment sad down on the balcony all the time when I wasn't out. Comfy furniture as well!

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

A fantastic short stay at a lovely apartment, with a beautiful view to wake up to or enjoy a sundowner with before heading out to dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and took advantage of some of Freya’s recommendations re food and shopping. Freya answers our quirked quickly and was always lovely to communicate with. This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lots of pubs and tea shops and I highly recommend a visit to Laura Wall Art for lovely gifts. Be back soon thank you Amy

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Fantastic location and property, photos do not really do it justice. Would defintely return and recommend to all. Access is on very narrow lanes but being on the coastal path and having such a fabulous beach on the doorstep meant our cars could stay parked for most of the stay. Listing states BBQ is gas - it's charcoal, helpful to know if planning a food delivery

We booked a long weekend at Sunflowers for 10 of us. We were looking for somewhere comfy and well appointed but quiet and peaceful. This was the perfect location. Beautiful tidal estuary views but blissfully peaceful. Bird life was amazing. The accommodation was very well equipped in all areas - all the bedrooms of a high hotel standard. Each room had its own theme which made all of us smile. We all felt very at home and relaxed. You don’t have far to travel to get to the coast or beautiful towns and villages. We were recommended to use the local pub for Sunday lunch and we weren’t disappointed! Would highly recommend using Seaflowers to all our friends and family. Thank you Suzy for being such an amazing host.

We loved our stay in the tiny cottage, the interior was beautiful and the shower was fab. Lovely walks along the SW Coast Path on the doorstep & close to East Portlemouth for getting the boat over to Salcombe. The local cafe & pub both do great food. Gara Rock Hotel is also worth a short drive to for a drink with a view. Sarah and Mark were so welcoming and it was lovely chatting to them; really great hosts and we’d love to return.

We’ve visited Salcombe many times for family holidays but this was the first time we’d stayed right in the middle of town. It was great! Everything was in easy walking distance and required no walking up big hills. The flat itself is very recently refurbished, and all the spaces are well thought through. We are a family of four and it felt very spacious (even on the day we stayed indoors due to bad weather) and wasn’t noisy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Salcombe.

We had a fab stay with our Whippet. Home was as described and communication was great. Had the pleasure of meeting Phil during our stay and enjoyed talking to him about the conversion. BBQ was a bonus, very secure garden (in our opinion) and we felt right at home once we got there. Would absolutely stay again - thanks!

Excellent stay at Tom's property! great location to walk into Totnes highstreet, packed with loads of independents. Train station a 2 minute walk. A lovely property to stay in, beds supper comfy and has everything you need. Will definitely look to stay again.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Diana’s place whilst visiting some friends in Frogmore. The place is immaculate, fully equipped and beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. Attention to details and cleanliness is beyond expectations. We also really liked the extras such as coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.; we would definitely go back. The location is peaceful amidst beautiful surroundings.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.
