We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

Loads to do from the doorstep: visit the beach (15min walk or 3 min drive), access to the coastal footpath in both directions, stop in at the local pub or visit the other 2 within the parish.
