From the moment we arrived Richard made us feel right at home. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as described & the furniture was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent and there were lots of little touches not mentioned in the write up about the accommodation. The Hot tub was amazing, the views were beautiful & the patio area was perfect. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend here for a relaxing & comfortable stay.

The farmhouse is gorgeous in a very remote location which we love, its so pretty, the garden is well kept and the surrounding views are lovely, the singing of the birds, the buzzing of the bees and the ocassional noises from the farm life are very comforting. The garden is very private and if the weather was a little drrary you could enjoy the piggery (sunhouse). Thete was a bbq alrrady to use and even charcoal. We wete so lucky with the weather. The house was spottlessly clean with everything you needed. We would definitely visit here again. Our dogs are knackered from running atound the gatden and enjoying the surrounding walks. Would highly recommend this property you definately wont be disappointed ♥️

We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. It's a perfect location for beautiful walks around North Wales. The place itself was clean, spacious and private. Lucinda was also a great host. I would fully recommend visiting!

We have had an amazing family break. Staying at James’s house was perfect exactly what we all needed. We managed to get out and walk into Rhos one day and then headed into Llandudno the other day. Will definitely be back again 🥰

We had some travel delays due to a tunnel fire and Gwyndaf was so responsive and on point trying to help us. We were late arriving but still got a warm welcome. 🤗. Super responsive on any queries. Perfect location for walking, touring or chilling on the garden terrace. Very clean. Would recommend and as listed 👍🙏

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Relaxing setting for the adults and plenty to do around the area for the children. Our children loved the cows daily visit. The house was spotless with everything you could need. Check in and check out were stress free. Gwen and her husband are friendly and left us to it. Highly recommend for your visit to Wales! Absolutely lovely gem of a place. Perfect location 5 mins walk to the centre of Conwy. The apartment is part of the house but it is self contained. It is very private, you have your own entrance and it is so peaceful. You have your own large private patio with furniture and it is next to a field so you feel like you're in the country. Lovely when the sheep pop up to the gate. On site parking which is premium in Conwy. The apartment has everything you need and the bed is so comfy. When we arrived Chris was very welcoming and gave us some recommendations of bars and restaurants. The milk, biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar are a lovely gesture on arrival. Karen was a lovely woman and told us not to rush off. We will definitely be returning hopefully soon. Conwy you have stole our hearts, thank you.

The studio is amazing! Looks just like the images, it contains everything you could possibly need, the location is great, walking distance to popular attractions, restaurants and shops, Carolyne also gave great recommendations of things to do. Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the Hot tub – it was excellent and could easily fit four people comfortably. It was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

David & Susie's apartment was great for us as we are not so young and fit anymore, but we like that area of Llandudno, apartment was everything as shown on website, although just 2 of us we enjoyed the space, but it would be fine for 4 people, everything we needed was in apartment, lights along skirting, great to let you know there is a step, which we appreciated, outdoor space good, especially if you smoke, within your space without going outside, also nice to sit outside anyway, overall a lovely stay for us, would recommend and we would return.

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

Loved our stay at Anthony' flat! We were able to walk right out the front door to the coastal path, to Llandudno, Conwy castle and mountain, great fisn n chips that he recommended and the very convenient Coop across the street. Also such a perfect jumping off point for hiking Snowdon and visiting the coastal sights by car with the free parking. The apartment itself was very comfortable for 2 people working remote, we were able to cook at home and slept well in the quiet and comfy room. Loved all the little touches and warm welcome. Recommend!

One of the best AirBnB properties that I have stayed at. Real attention to detail and wonderful hosts. Sue's background in hospitality really shines through with great attention to detail and a desire to 'go the extra mile' in everything she provides at the property. The setting is beautiful and the location places you within easy reach of North Wales, Anglesey, Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. Highly recommended.

Alyson is a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay in her lovely apartment. It is so convenient for shops, restraunts, train station and seafront, all are in easy walking distance. Gated parking for added security.

Chris was an incredibly kind and welcoming host! The home had beautiful views of the mountains with space to walk by the river and picnic right on the doorstep. We managed to see a lot of snowdonia while staying, as well as many birds and cats in the garden. The space was very clean and we really appreciated the eco friendly and sustainable ways Chris and Julie have set it up. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else wanting to be immersed in peace and nature!

A lovely place in a great location. The area was very peaceful with plenty of walks on your door step including white beach and Penmon point. The apartment was really well presented, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a dog who was also well accommodated for and enjoyed the company of Barney during our stay. The complimentary touches for the adults and our furry friend Ruby, were very much appreciated. Both Sarah and Owen made us feel very welcome during our stay. We will certainly be back!

Gorgeous little find, in the most beautiful location with stunning views from the balcony. Spacious and bright inside with a ‘wow’ feature wall in the lounge. Excellent communication with Maranne, and loved the little personal touches to welcome us. Would happily book again!

The flat is beautiful and clean and comfortable. The shower is the best shower I have ever used in my life. The bed was really comfortable and all the rooms were very airy and bright. The property was very well thought out with lovely gestures like salt and pepper, cleaning products and treats for dogs - my partner forgot his beloved coffee but thankfully Jennifer had kindly supplied some. The garden space is very pretty and relaxing. Parking right outside was very helpful and the whole place just feels very safe. The area itself is lovely and peaceful, with the sounds of birds (and gibbons) outside. There's a nice woodland walk just metres from the property and it's about 15 minutes walk from the shops and pubs and the sea front and also on the same road as the brilliant Welsh Mountain Zoo. It was helpful to just leave our car there and walk where we needed to go and catch a bus to Llandudno for the day. Jennifer kindly checked in to check everything was okay, great host thank you

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful period property and cannot fault it. The directions and instructions for access were clear and comprehensive. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We loved sitting in the beautiful cottage garden and the sun streaming into the kitchen as we ate our evening meal. The location was perfect for walking into town, to the harbour and Borth y Gest. We have stayed in many airbnbs in the UK and France and this is our favourite. We cannot wait to return.

The place was even better than the photos! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: comfortable, easy, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was easy to find in a peaceful residential area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The view of the strait was stunning, calm, and endless. The garden was beautiful and clearly very well cared for; we appreciated the dedication and attention to detail, especially the Japanese-style touches. We enjoyed sitting outside, drinking tea, looking at the strait and breathing the fresh air. The host was kind and responsive, always available to answer any questions. We felt at home from the start and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We’d love to come back!
