Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. It is 50 square meters and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room with shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and a mini safe are also available. From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling from 1568, you can look directly at the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.

It was our 2nd stay in Philipps apartment. As in October 2024, we felt completely comfortable. Everything in the apartment was in good order, the location is ideal because all important facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, doctors, ATM,...) are within a few minutes' walk. Philipp is very nice and always tries to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for that! For us, his apartment is the absolute number 1 in the region and therefore a clear recommendation on our part!

We were in the Wachau for the first time and booked with Oliver and Desiree because of a tip. It was a hit for us. We wanted nature and expansiveness. In addition, we arrived as a group of three and therefore needed a corresponding apartment. Here, the loft was perfect for us. Desiree is an absolutely warm hostess, and was able to help us with all questions. The square courtyard is so large. We had absolute privacy and, in addition to a private entrance, a private parking space. We enjoyed the garden. The kitchen was top. We cooked every day. And we've been on the road a lot with the bikes. We'll be back for sure.
