From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The 2-room apartment is located in the heart of Schwerin, only 3 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the city center and the castle. Modern design meets traditional timber framing. The bedroom contains a comfortable box-spring bed for 2 people, with the possibility of setting up a crib for young families. The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Lakeside house

Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

Fischerhus Pauli with sauna, fireplace and boat

Modernly furnished cottage with its own sauna( by means of a coin-operated machine), fireplace and rowing boat in the summers . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also a flat-screen TV. In the staircase there is a balcony from which you can enjoy the sunsets at Pfaffenteich.
