"Edler Wohnraum" was not only very clean and stylishly furnished, it also lacked nothing. The hosts are very friendly, respond quickly and give helpful instructions in advance for check in. Absolutely recommended!

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

Everything was great apartment was clean in a great location, the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't miss the center within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this amusement of Tatiana was nice and she also provided us with parking in the underground garage.

We spent four nights in the vaulted room and felt very comfortable overall. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay – we lacked nothing. All in all, it was a nice stay and we thank the host warmly. With a few small adjustments, the vaulted cellar can become even more inviting – we wish you continued success and many satisfied guests!

The FW was great , modern and clean and beautiful large windows in the WZ. You get up every morning and have the great view of nature. The small good bourgeois restaurant Anna nearby can also be reached on foot. Nice waitress. We'd love to come back. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful place with lovely design details!

Absolutely fabulous. New, small accommodation with lovingly renovated rooms/apartments. The room was clearly designed with comfort and wellness in mind and the individual theming (ours was Garnet) was a great touch. There is not all too much to do in Jachimov so come with an itinerary of things you want to do around and a car is a must. We came in summer and it was a great base for our daily outings. The accommodation is however clearly laid out for skiing with place to put your skiis to dry in the common area and a large changing room with lots of drying space for clothes in the room itself, which is probably much appreciated in winter. Krystina is a very responsive host. We had trouble getting our keys because a previous guest had mistakingly taken them from the lockbox and even at 9pm on a Friday, Krystina was immediately reachable by phone and sorted it all out.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

We stayed at the property as a family. The equipment and furniture are sufficient for 5 adults. We really liked that Lucie was always available for us. We forgot the key in the apartment. After dinner, we returned to the apartment and only then did we notice that the key was in the apartment. Lucie immediately responded to our message and found a solution for us. The location of the apartment is excellent for hiking in the Erzgebirge. The view was amazing.

I recommend it to everyone going to the Rudawy on the Czech and German sides. Within 100 meters, you'll find a grocery store and a restaurant, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for Karlovy Vary and the Czech-German border. The ski lift to Klinovec is about 2 km away, great hiking areas, sports, especially for lovers of downhill biking, skiing. The facility has a bicycle storage room and a car park. Accommodation perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A well-equipped apartment with everything you need. If you use it in the winter months, it's a really short walk to the cable car and ski slopes nearby.

This place has been great. It’s about 10 minutes away from the slopes, the overall location is really nice. The place was awesome as well, overall would recommend.

We stayed for one night in Ludek's luxurious apartment. Everything is as shown in the pictures and kept very generous. Also the view is very luxurious, the location more than super! We were also able to book a suitable car parking space. We didn't meet Ludek himself, unfortunately his friend didn't speak English or German. Thanks to a spoken app, it was still smooth and uncomplicated. I can highly recommend it.

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to ensuring that even the youngest children feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden make sure that the stay is not boring.

The property is centrally located and you can walk to many attractions. The apartment is very large and bright with exceptional furnishings. The entire apartment was furnished very lovingly and stylishly. Everything is matched.

Very clean and nice place with great location. The accommodation is impressive. In addition to a beautiful location, which invites you to go hiking, a similar picture is also shown when entering the accommodation. It is very nicely decorated, tidy and clean. Together with the friendly hosts, you quickly feel very comfortable. Can only recommend it. :)
