The 120 square meters are divided into two bedrooms with spacious beds (1.80 and 1.60), a dining area, open kitchen, bathroom, living room and a fitness corner with ergometer and weight bench. An additional sleeping option can be created, so that the apartment can also be rented for up to 6 people. A highlight of this atmospheric apartment is certainly the large whirlpool in one of the bedrooms. Every bedroom, living room and bathroom has a TV. Auf der Terrasse können Sie relaxen, Kaffee trinken ,Wein wäre auch nicht verkehrt und der herrliche Blick ins Natur genießen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Laacher See, Burg Elz, der Mosel sind nicht weit entfernt. Der Radweg Eifel/Mosel geht circa 3km. Haustiere und Rauchen sind bei uns nicht erlaubt! Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, es gibt außerdem einen offenen Bereich in dem Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer zu finden sind sowie 1 Bad (Dusche & Badewanne) und ist insgesamt ca.100 qm groß. Mieter können ein kleines Fitnessstudio direkt gegenüber von 6-23 Uhr nutzen.
