The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without an elevator and can be used for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes away on foot and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)
