Apartments with large balcony and magnificent seaview where you can admire the sunsets. Equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Host were helping with all rised questions immediately. Leaving apartments you find yourself on the Kobuleti promenade along which you can leisurely walk for hours. The beach is just 50m meters away. Nearby are many nice restaurants and shops.

Everything was great. We felt like home.

Gela’s place is situated high above the sea and thus provides a great view you never get tired of. At three same time the sea is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and convenient. Gela is a very nice host, always eager to help

A very special place in a rare purely natural environment directly at the Black Sea. We spent one lovely week at this house!

We really liked the house. It’s perfect for 8 people, with each person having their own quite private bedroom. There is a kitchen, two balconies, and a living room. Everything you need is there. It’s a very interesting experience living right next to the sea. There’s the constant sound of the waves. You can step out of the yard and find yourself right on the beach. There is a café nearby, and the beach is almost empty. It’s a very pleasant and secluded getaway. The only thing that’s not quite accurate is the description—it’s not a full house but half of a house. A family lives in the other half. We met them on the terrace, but it wasn’t much of a bother. If you are looking for complete privacy, keep this in mind. In any case, I would come back here again.

The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

The place was perfect. The apartment was cosy, really made us feel at home. The interior was really nice and interesting. It was really clean, there was everything we needed, from medicines to coffee maker. Giorgi is a great host, he offered early check in and let us stay for 3 more hours till our train. Thank you so much once again, dear Giorgi, we will definitely come back.

New 13 story building right on the seashore. Nice, clean, quiet apartment with exceptional sea view. Host is r.emote but always available over the phone. Famous Batumi' Botanic Garden is half mile down the beach, Dreamland Oasis Resort located quarter mile up the beach with eleven restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, aqua park, and entertainment. It is the Original Eden

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

The impressions were the most positive! The apartment was rented by 3 adults + 1 child (and it is comfortable for this number of people). There is a TV, computer, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning. Two bedrooms, one with two beds, the other with a double bed. There is a sofa in the living room that opens up. The place is calm, and at night, it's quiet. The apartment is very suitable for family holidays. The beach is a 10-minute leisurely walk away. In the courtyard of the house, there is a small shop where you can buy groceries. The hosts are hospitable, polite and responsive. We met at the airport at night, organized trips to the places we chose. Prices are affordable. We were happy with the reception and thank you for your stay! Great value! Thanks Dodo!

Me and my friends have spent 8 pleasant days in this beautiful house. What we've liked: - Everything is very beautiful! - The house is located in close proximity to the sea, the beach is clean and more often empty. A sea view from almost every point of the yard - There are many equipped zones in the house and around it – 8 people can spread out to different spots and work/relax without disturbing each other. - Privacy: We felt quite isolated, there was a feeling of a cozy nest. The only thing is that a couple of times the housekeeper came into the territory without warning, but we asked her not to do that anymore - Arrangement of the house and outdoor kitchen: there was everything necessary for life – kettles, two large refrigerators, lots of kitchen utensils, two stoves, an oven, dishes, a hair dryer, an outdoor shower, enough towels, sun loungers What : - Railway is in 10m from the house gates - One toilet for 8 people might be inconvenient. But there's an outside shower

Wonderful location! It's very beautiful and peaceful here. The apartment has everything you need, including a small kitchen and other essentials. There are no shops or cafes downstairs yet, but delivery from Kobuleti works perfectly, and there's a small grocery store about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The views are stunning both from the apartment and of the sunsets by the sea. The sea and the pool are simply amazing!

The place is wonderful. Cozy cabin with its own small territory. The complex itself has a lot of entertainment (water park, cinema, restaurants, billiards, etc.) Swimming pools are included. The sea is a stone's throw from the cabin. The room itself has everything you need (dishes, towels, iron, hairdryer, umbrellas) and the most important dehumidifier. Due to the strong humidity, it turned out to be just an indispensable thing. Anna was always in touch, answered all your questions. Thank very much

Amazing apartment by the sea with a balcony offering breathtaking sea views. Located in Tsikhisdziri — the best location in all of Adjara! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The complex has its own private beach and a wonderful outdoor pool. The host is super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a peaceful and scenic getaway! Highly recommended!
