We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

We stayed at Vazha's place at the end of October 2024. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Great views, balcony in the bedroom. The apartment is conveniently located, 3 min from the promenade. There is a large supermarket in the Batumi Mall shopping center nearby. There are nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The host is helpful and helpful. Next time we will definitely stay at Vazhi's place again.

The apartment made me and my girlfriend feel at home. The host was super friendly and always helped in case I had questions. I think it’s the best value for money place to stay in Batumi.

A cool and clean apartment. Everything is exactly as pictured. Convenient location - from the window you can see and hear the sea, which is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note the hospitality of the host, Nikoloz. Very nice, polite and responsive person who personally met us and helped us get to the airport upon departure, and also connected a sim card and familiarized us with the nearest area. I recommend staying here, you are happy!

Very nice apartment with great views of the sea. Very clean, comfortable large bed and the landlords are very nice. An earlier check-in was also hassle-free. Communication also worked out great. I recommend this apartment to everyone! Thanks for a lovely time in Orbi City!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views of sunset every evening. Really liked how the room was equipped and general condition of the apartment. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of traffic jams, but basically there is good soundproofing between the rooms.

The Vila is amazing , clean and mostly quite (once or twice a day there is an airplane passing over but other then that completely quite and peaceful ) the host was super nice and helpful

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

This was a better time! We stayed with Sofiko and her family for almost 2 months. During this time, we ourselves became part of her family: we fried meat together, played meat, played with children in the evening, and went for a walk in Batumi. Not comparable Georgian hospitality, so much warmth and kindness was in relation to us. The hosts were very responsive and quick to respond if there was even the slightest inconvenience. There is a beautiful garden around the house, and we were treated to fresh vegetables and fruits every day. A beautiful veranda that we sat on late and admired from the height of the evening Batumi. The location itself is very convenient: in a quiet location in the mountains, but to the main Carrefour in the center of Batumi 10 minutes by car. Taxis and food delivery come here without problems. Very quiet around, and if you want to be alone with nature, but also close to the city, this place is perfect. Very sad to leave, we loved this family and Georgia with all our heart. We hope to see them again!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

We loved the place, as described and photographed. Beautiful view of the landscape behind the house, about ten minutes walk to the sea from the house. Lots of shops nearby. Hosts are very nice people, they respond quickly if needed. Recommended :)

Lana was very helpful. She asked all of our questions. The apartment is located in the huge apartment hotel. The location is great, the view is amazing. There are some things I’d recommend to improve: 1) bathroom rug 2) kitchen utensils like spoons and etc ( maybe we just couldn’t find them) 3) kitchen cleaning foam and sponge 4) iron desk
