Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kobuleti Municipality

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Fine apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a lot of space. Outstanding mountain view. Recommended!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

An apartment by the beach. Great for sunbathing and bathing in the sea. All the comforts provided. Pretty good access to Batumi. Great base for trips to national parks. A great place to relax and walk. A home with modern amenities. Very tasteful decorated. I recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

Great place to stay away from the city but very close to the highway to Batumi, Sarpi, Poti, etc. Chakvi also has many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. The apartments have a really cool outdoor area with activities. Ilia and his Family made us feel right at home.

Very nice place to stay, 30 seconds to the beach, nice balcony, plumbing, furniture - everything is great. There are many different little things for your comfort. The location is great, and not the center where the commotion is, but also not very far from it. When I go to Kobuleti in the future, I will try to get here again.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

Many thanks to our host! Communication with her is easy and pleasant! The photos correspond to reality. The veranda has very good views of both the mountain and the sea. The bed is king size and very comfortable. All the conditions are there to have a good rest. The courtyard is very clean with pools. However, the food in the area is very good but very Expensive! l recomend marinas apartment.

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

A friendly, sociable hostess, received a wonderful answer to questions. The apartment is wonderful with everything you need for your stay. The soundproofing is great, we didn't hear any elevator or the neighbors. Amazing view from our balcony. Convenient access to the sea, immediately in front of the house. The city center. Shops, taxis, minibuses, market, cafes, restaurants - everything is nearby. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Marianne's apartment in September 2024 very nice and clean apartment. large balcony , the bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable. the children slept in the salon on the folding sofa. ( also large ) the apartment is equipped with all the necessary things for your stay. everything was wonderful and the location and floor and trees around as if we were living in a batanic garden. the only disadvantage is mosquitoes!!!! and the lack of screens on the windows. The complex is very beautiful , green , a large swimming pool right near the entrance(the water is cold) but it did not prevent children from enjoying swimming in it. hammocks, swing , restaurants , fountains, benches at every turn. everything is drowned in greenery. All this within a 3-minute walk from the sea. The water park is very beautiful. (the children bathed in it even when it was raining) it's very good that there is a 24-hour store on the territory. Communication with the host was pleasant she was quick to respond to any questions. we absolutely loved the place. the kids didn't even want to leave. hope to come back again. 🙂

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Eleonora's apartment had a great view, a comfortable bed, and was quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it.

Stayed for a week. Everything as described. We were satisfied. Egle was constantly in touch. Pros: near the sea, location, sea view, clean apartment. A small disadvantage: waiting for elevators for a long time, we went down mainly on foot. But that's the only downside. Thanks Egle.

Tornike's place was perfect for our family. It was a stark contrast to the cramped and chaotic city in which it's situated. Batumi is fast paced and noisy, but Tornike's place was spacious and peaceful. It was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is very clean, and very large. Great living space and 2 awesome balconies (our favorite spot). Big TV for when we were bored. It's on the 4th or 5th floor, so be ready to lug your bags up stairs. The stairs had some friendly cats and dogs to greet you. The area is not that visually appealing (surrounded by lots of old apartment buildings), but it's very safe, and everyone is very friendly and kind. Only thing I would warn against is if you have small kids, there are several electrical wires sticking out of the walls, and I don't know if they're live. If you're an adult, it's no problem, but if you have small, curious children, better to beware. Tornike was a great host and always very responsive. Thanks Tornike!

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs

Pros: a polite and pleasant host in communication; accepted us when booking half an hour before check-in; clear check-in instructions; chic renovation; beautiful view from the window; sent a guide to Batumi with recommendations for restaurants and cafes and not only; allowed to check out later. Cons: only that the blanket had to be tucked into the top sheet on your own :)
