Holiday rentals with a patio in Kokkedal

Perfect in every way. Cozy, peaceful, quiet yet restaurants, trains, shops, just about everything close by. We loved having breakfast every morning in the beautifully kept back garden or just hanging out with a glass of wine before dinner. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we make a return visit to Copenhagen. All the amenities you can imagine. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy bed, bedding and linens, lovely artwork and accents, and don’t forget the heated bathroom floor! We aren’t accustomed to the long summer nights with early sunrises so the eye sleep masks provided for us were extremely helpful. All we can say is our stay was perfect in every way. We wish Airbnb had a ten star review!!! ;)

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Birger’s place and we highly recommend it! The place was very clean and very nicely decorated. Birger was helpful during the entire process and stay. The local is great and is walking distance from almost every activity and restaurants we had planned.

This is a great place in a superb location. You can’t get anything better directly in Nyhavn. The view from the balcony facing Nyhavn (there are 2) is simply astonishing. From here you can walk anywhere you want (or cycle if you prefer). It’s also easily accessible from the Airport; the M2 Line.get’s you in walking distance (6min) from the apartment. We simply loved the place and area and hope to be able to come back at some point.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city, close to a major Metro station and walkable to major sights; and a stone’s throw from a supermarket made it convenient too. Spacious interior and stylishly decorated, with everything you’d need. Only thing is the bar downstairs can get rowdy at night.

Das Appartement war exakt wie auf den Bildern dargestellt – modern, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter auch der wohl beste Supermarkt Dänemarks. Auch die S-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man schnell ins Zentrum kommt. Besonders praktisch: Der Fahrstuhl bringt einen direkt bis vor die Wohnungstür. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sauber und frisch vorbereitet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch der Smart TV war ein Pluspunkt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Durch die Lage an einer Hauptstraße kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut sein – bei geschlossenem Fenster war das aber gut auszuhalten. Die Wohnung liegt im eleganten Stadtteil Hellerup. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den ich sehr empfehlen.

The apartment is lovely in design, spacious and the location is really really perfect, everything is within walking, quiet street and very close to the metro to the airport. In short, perfect. Sofia is lovely and very available. She was very generous at check out hours and helped us a lot.❤️😍

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Julia. L'appartement est très joli avec beaucoup d'équipements et bien placé pour visiter Copenhague. Julia est très réactive et nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire a Copenhague.

This was our final booking for a 2 week trip and it felt amazing to walk in to a clean apartment with nice natural light, hot showers, a laundry machine, and it was right next to the train station. It was just what we needed to recharge and enjoy the end of our trip, and our first time in Copenhagen. All the instructions and troubleshooting information was in a nice binder, as well as food and wine recommendations. It really felt like a friend helping you experience Copenhagen. We could easily walk or bike and have an easy spot to come right back to. Thank you Daniel and Anders!

Dieses äußerst kreativ, stylisch und geschmackvoll ausgebaute alte Bauernhof Gebäude übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Es gibt überall überraschende Details im Haus zu entdecken, und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir sind auf der Landzunge Kollerberg gewandert, was nahe gelegen ist. Es gibt auch einige nette Orte am Meer. Von dort aus ging es weiter nach Trelleborg zur Fähre, was in anderthalb Stunden gut machbar ist Mit dem Auto. Die Küche war sehr gut bestückt, auch mit einigen relevanten Lebensmitteln, und Tee. Das hatte ich so in anderen Unterkünften nicht erlebt. Die Kommunikation mit Jenny ging flink und freundlich und reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren traurig, nur eine Nacht gebucht zu haben.

Wij verbleven vijf maanden in deze accommodatie en we hebben van elk moment genoten! Emma heeft ons goed voorbereid op ons verblijf en ook tijdens ons verblijf bleef ze behulpzaam en responsief. De woning ligt dichtbij het centrum, maar toch in een heel rustige wijk. Het huisje was uitgerust met wat je nodig hebt voor zowel kort als een lang verblijf. Super mooie keuken, badkamer, slaapkamers... Zoals je op de foto's kan zien. Alles is onlangs gerenoveerd en dat merk je. Positief! De supermarkt ligt om de hoek, net zoals de bushalte richting het centrum. Om helemaal tot rust te komen zijn er ook wat bossen in de buurt. We raden deze woning 100% aan om te huren.😄

Very interesting history to the property, which the owner was keen to share with us. Very short stroll to the water/beach. Extremely happy with our stay in Espergaerde.

Ottima esperienza in un appartamento piccolo, ma fornito di tutto il necessario. Host disponibile e veloce nel soddisfare le richieste. Unico aspetto negativo è la doccia situata al piano terra, mentre il bagno si trova al primo piano.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. We especially appreciated how well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared the space was!

Oscar en Marianne zijn geweldig lieve mensen. Ontvingen ons hartelijk en stonden altijd voor ons klaar. Toen wij aan het eind van de avond gingen douche bleek de afvoer niet door te lopen. Oscar kwam meteen om het op te lossen. Het verblijf was van alles voorzien en brand schoon. De omgeving is ook prachtig! Bij vertrek kwamen Oscar en Marianne ons ook uitzwaaien. Kortom geweldig!

We had such a lovely few days staying in Line’s garden cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, and the garden was private and secluded. Line welcomed us on arrival and was incredibly warm and friendly, and very helpful with local recommendations. The cabin was perfectly located with great transport links. We could enjoy being in the city in the day and then retreat to the quiet cabin in the evening. We cannot wait to stay again, thank you Line!

Nach einem problemlosen Check in sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Maria. Wir konnten uns dank der Ruhe sehr gut erholen. Ausflüge nach Kopenhagen und Helsingborg waren auch ohne Auto gut möglich. In Helsingør lässt sich viel entdecken. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

Wir haben die Wohnung von Erik für drei Nächte gebucht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Erik ist ein toller Gastgeber, hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge in der Gegend gegeben und war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Erik und seine Wohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.

Fabulous place would definitely go back. 5 mins from the station supermarkets and restaurants close by. Freidrriksburg slot, zoo and Carlsberg museum short walk. WiFi very good. Comfortable well equipped. One thing to note is there is no TV, not a problem at all, just a note. There is very convenient parking right underneath but be aware the parking price is eye watering. Loved it would recommend to anyone!

We loved staying at Stephan’s flat! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The rooftop was especially a nice touch, with a great view of the city. We enjoyed being able to use the laundry machine. The neighborhood is beautiful with many options for cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. Stephan was so helpful and provided clear instructions, and answered various questions we had warmly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I couldn’t have picked a better place for my first solo trip, Helle’s BnB is charming and cozy and lovely, I already miss it! The perfect little spot to wind down after exploring the city. She is very thoughtful and beautifully decorated the place. Just magical✨

We had a wonderful stay at Mads’ place right in the heart of Gamla Stan. The location is perfect—on a beautiful street and within walking distance to charming cafes, restaurants, and so many sights. The apartment itself is just as lovely, and what made it extra special were the two serene patios spread across two floors. We started each morning with coffee out there, soaking in the calm atmosphere—it was truly a highlight of our trip. Mads was a fantastic host. He welcomed us in person (a rare and refreshing touch these days!) and even offered great coffee when we arrived. He was helpful from the start, providing tips on how to get there and navigating public transport. Highly recommend staying here. We’d absolutely come back!

A beautiful property. Very clean and a straight forward walk from the train station. Lots of good eating places nearby and a fifteen minute cycle ride to the centre of Copenhagen. Friendly hosts and it felt like a friendly neighbourhood

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. The location is off the charts….right in the middle of Nyhavn. The views from the apartment over the canal are picture perfect. We were able to walk to most of the cities attractions and lovely cafes and restaurants were right outside the front door. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even a washer available. Communication with the host was excellent and timely….accessing the unit was a breeze. Copenhagen is now one of our favorite cities and we would definitely stay here again upon returning.
