Great location to walkable restaurants and shops! Very clean and nice home with washer and dryer which came in nice before we flew out. Great price and highly recommend if you’re staying in the south shore area! Would stay again!

Radoslav and Natasha were lovely hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable in their condo. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend it enough!

My family throughly enjoyed staying at Clelia’s condo. It was such a great space for young kids (3 & 5 yrs old) with access to the lawn right outside the patio. The beach was walkable but not too close that we were not worried about water safety. There were tons of water toys on the patio and sand toys in the hall closet. The space itself was ideal. My kids slept on the pull out couch in the living room and my husband and I had the master bedroom. We cooked in the kitchen, ate in the dining space, ate on the patio, and felt we had all the supplies that we needed to cook which was wonderful. The location of the resort is ideal. This is our third visit to Kauai and our second time in Poipu. We will not stay anywhere else in the future. The plantation property is absolutely stunning with access to the beach. The access to the resort club and pool is great amenity. The walkability to some great restaurants is so nice! Ultimately, a beautiful space that we hope to return to!

Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

We truly enjoyed the time we spent there! Twice previously we visited Kauai and stayed on base at the Barking Sands cottages and they were great too. This time though, we decided to stay in Poipu, our favorite beach. The location is great as it's not terribly far back to Lihue. Seeing the turtles at PoiPu beach come in for the eve ing was great. Kukuiula Harbor isn't far and that's a place to swim with far less surf. Plus, I fly fished from the pier there. One day we walked the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail out from Shipwreck Beach. Sprouting Horn was a stop nearby one day. The McBryde Allerton garden had a tour and sunset dinner we took one evening. The Ke Ala Hele Makalae, Multiuse Path in Kaapa was a nice walk along the coast. There are many places nearby to eat. Yet, we grilled on one of the many shared grills throughout the property. The food was found in Koloa where there's a fish market and grocery, Big Save. The grounds are beautiful, the grass is like carpet, and is well tended.

Absolutely perfect! It’s a double condo with tons of space and a double lanai with beautiful views. Truly our best air bnb stay yet. Princeville is gorgeous and the Hanalei Bay Resort has great amenities, two good restaurants, two pools access to the beach and a beach bar. Spectacular!

Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Briana was responsive and accommodated our requests as well. Highly recommended

Awesome location. Loved being able to walk to the beach easily and not have to worry about parking. A/c worked super well. Would stay here again if staying in Poipu!

This place is extremely clean and well furnished. Lots of beach equipment in the garage, more than enough for our party of 5. Casa was nice and responsive, and flexible, allowed us to check in an hour early! The complete description of this place is accurate, however at a quick glance, one will assume this place has an actual third bedroom instead of a den/loft. Also the two beds in the den/loft area are twins not doubles. For our party that was fine.

We had a wonderful stay , highly recommend ! Gorgeous condo in a beautiful setting with ocean, mountain and golf course views. On top of that, very well supplied for extra convenience that helped make our stay in Kauai go smoothly !

We had a fantastic stay stay at Jeff's place. The location is perfect for water-related activities at Brennecke or Poipu Beach. The unit itself was spotless and well-appointed with everything we need for our stay. The two-story layout is spacious and the views of the beach from each of the lanais and the family room/kitchen are truly amazing. Jeff was a great host; very responsive and proactive in offering recommendations and advice. We would book here again in a heatbeat if we travel to the south shore again in the future. Thanks Jeff!

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

we had a fantastic stay. Dicle was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. the property was was beautiful, immaculate and so thoughtfully designed inside and out. I would recommend this place whole heartedly.

Our family had a great stay at Anneliese’s place. She was response and helpful with any question or issue we had. There is no A/C but the breeze from the doors and windows open was perfect and there was plenty of fans. The beach was very close, walkable or easy 2 minute drive down the street. Location was great, our kids loved the club pool! I highly recommend

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. The place was comfortable and clean. They provided everything we needed for all the beach hopping we did, which was a major perk! After long fun filled days we'd come back and crash. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning and ocean breeze kept everything the perfect temperature. Alex was always super responsive and available for anything we had questions about. I would 100% recommend staying here!
