Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Koloa

Beautiful place and location…spend the week on the large lanai soaking in the sound of the waves! House was well stocked with both kitchen supplies and beach supplies (chairs, wagon, toys, boogie board) which made a beach vacation with 4 little children very enjoyable and easy! Loved the outdoor hose to spray off the sand after a day at the beach and the outdoor shower was an added bonus! A few of the overhead fans could not be turned up from a low setting making it quite warm on some of the nights -a few box fans/portable fans would help significantly to move around the house when it gets warm but otherwise everything was amazing and would stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

Nice spot for a family of 5 on an island adventure. the seacoast is a short walk and along the coast there is a hiking (or trail running) trails that can go 5+ miles. we never used the beach in front of the nearby hotel as it is rough, but walked to and snorkel at Poipu. the house has games, and a private backyard.

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

Natalie’s home is the perfect place to stay and explore Kauai’s North Shore. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the backyard feels like your own lush, private retreat to relax after a long day of snorkeling and paddle boarding. I can honestly say this is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of attention to every detail. The care that was put into this home shows. It was more than enough space for our family of six. Every beach and activity supply we could have asked for was in the garage and in great shape. Beach umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, footballs, beach towels, straw hats, snorkeling gear, everything. We also used the bikes to cruise around the neighborhood and run to Foodland for groceries or a poke bowl. If you’re looking for the absolute best spot for home base in Princeville, this should be your place. Natalie was quick and easy to communicate with and she also has lots of helpful tips for food, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Perfect place to stay for the two of us. It’s right on the beach! We were able to snorkel right in front and see lots of fish. There always seemed to be a few turtles swimming in front as well. We walked along the beach to Poipu (11 min) to see the turtles and monk seals. The home had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Will definitely come back next time we’re on Kauai! That bed was the most comfortable bed and those sheets.. oh man those sheets!! Like royalty! the place was very nice, with its art all over every wall! Compared to some places we stayed at in Waikiki, this place was a palace. the only downside was the shower was a bit small and hard to keep the curtain inside the stall, but otherwise, this was a great place to stay. the wife and I Highly recommend staying here! thank you for the hospitality !

Adam and Beata’s place was great for our vacation! It’s a very peaceful place with a beautiful yard. It was great for two and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as having snorkels, boogie boards, and beach chairs in case we needed them. We loved our stay!

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

The most perfect stay! My husband and I brought our almost 8 month old and having a pack n play and high chair at our condo was an absolute game changer. We truly didn’t need a THING while staying here. Having so many amenities and extras made it extremely worth while. If we ever go back to Kauai we will 100% stay here again, I don’t think we could stay anywhere else!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

The place was beautiful! Very close to walking trails and a short drive from the beach. Lauren was very friendly and easy to communicate with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on Stephanie’s comfortable well-appointed condo. It was lovely to sit on the back patio area adjacent to Prince Kuhio park and look out onto some ocean. We were able to watch the sunset from the Beach House restaurant grounds right across the street and were lucky to watch a monk seal resting on the sand at the baby beach right down the street. Also it was easy to visit Poipu beach and to drive to Waimea canyon from this spot.

The view!! We watched turtles from the lanai, and beautiful sunrises. And the surroundings were dark enough to see a gorgeous night sky when it was clear. The condo was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Easy walk to several beaches, short drive to several others. Walked over to the Beach House for happy hour. Close to restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for week and a half and enjoyed my time at this Airbnb. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the highlights was the box filled with beach essentials. The kitchen area was fantastic for preparing meals, and really loved dining on the patio with its ocean views. This location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the island like us. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. We enjoyed listening to and looking at the ocean while eating breakfast each morning. The bed was comfortable. The place was clean and conveniently located. We walked to the beach to snorkel. I highly recommend Maureen's place.

We had a wonderful stay on Kauai! The location of this place is great - short drive to Poipu Beach and a wide variety of food options. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equippped. The in-unit washer and dryer were very nice and came in very handy. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I strongly recommend this place.

Alex’s Tropical Paradise is a lovely upper, corner unit at Kiahuna Plantation. It has a modern vibe that is beautifully decorated with bright, airy living space and lanai. It is comfortable and clean with an ocean view. All amenities are provided making the stay very relaxing. Great to have access to the athletic club across the street. Highly recommend!

This condo makes an ideal home base to explore Kauai. It’s close and convenient to the airport, and a 30-45 minute drive to both the north and south shores. The beaches surrounding the condo are fun to explore as well. The condo is super well-equipped and has literally EVERYTHING you could need for a visit to the island. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, a cooler, beach bag, and umbrella to use… thank you! Although you’re right by the pool, the complex is pretty quiet and peaceful, and the ocean views from the balcony simply cannot be beat. Andrew and Megan are great hosts and obviously take a lot of pride in making sure their rental is top-notch. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning our return trip!
