Welcome to Kemberg, the green center of the surrounding cities of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Dessau-Roßlau, the city of iron (Ferropolis) and the garden kingdom of Wörlitz as well as the local recreation area of Bergwitzsee. Leipzig and Berlin are also nearby. The detached house sleeps 5 guests, and a beautiful garden with pool invites you to linger. Nearby you will find restaurants, bakeries, playground and shopping. A laundry service is available on request for a fee.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Our bungalow is located in the local recreation area of Pretzien near Schönebeck. Here you have the opportunity to really unwind on the approx. 700 square meter, fenced property and enjoy the tranquility. Other outdoor highlights include: - our BBQ corner, - the table tennis table, - a pool - enough space in the garden Within walking distance you can reach up to 20 lakes, a diving school, ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants and the holiday park in Plötzky.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Dear guests , as I am rarely at home, I like to provide my cool apartment ( upper floor in my semi-detached house) as a guest / apartment. Modern rooms and fireplace in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available. Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

House with garden in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leipzig. Top connected to Leipzig city center (tram every 10 min, stop virtually at the doorstep). It is about 20 minutes by car to the city center, by train or bike about 30 minutes. There are two bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed (1x box spring bed, 1x sofa bed) and a fold-out bed. Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is right on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.
