Renovated two-room apartment (45m2) in Pieteettilä, with bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The apartment is in a terrace house without an elevator in Päivölä, which was completed in 1939. The center of Kotka is about 13 km and Karhula about 3 km. The apartment has been renovated as much as possible to its original state, and it is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with furniture designed by Aalto. We wash textiles with odorless detergents.

Rannassa on puulla lämpiävä sauna, jonne vesi kannetaan järvestä tai mökistä. Huom! Sinun pitää osata lämmittää puusauna ja peseytyä saunassa. Mökissä ei ole suihkua. Kouvolaan, Tykkimäelle ja Mielakan rinnekeskukseen vain 20-25 min ja pääkaupunkiseudulta alle 2 tunnin ajomatka. Ei bileporukoille.
