The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

Huoneisto on pieni ja näppärä (n. 18m2) ja sopii siksi parhaiten 2 hengelle (lisäpatja mahdollinen lapselle). Suihkuun mennään ulkokautta, rantatohvelit on.

Rannassa on puulla lämpiävä sauna, jonne vesi kannetaan järvestä tai mökistä. Huom! Sinun pitää osata lämmittää sauna ja peseytyä saunassa. Mökissä ei ole suihkua. Kouvolaan, Tykkimäelle ja Mielakan rinnekeskukseen vain 20-25 min ja pääkaupunkiseudulta alle 2 tunnin ajomatka. Ei bileporukoille.

Asunnossa ei sallita muita vieraita, kuin varauksen tehneet majoittujat!!! Parveke kävelykadulle päin. Tarjoamme aamukahvin/teen. Shampoo, hoitoaine, suihkugeeli, pyykinpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan. Rautatieasemalla on pitkäaikainen parkkipaikka ja talon edessä 2h kiekkoparkkipaikka. Ei lemmikkejä. Ei Wi-Fiä!

The studio is located on the third floor of an apartment building (no elevator) close to a park and within walking distance from all services and shops. The apartment is well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included for the stay. The bed is 140cm wide, the sofa bed has an extra mattress for comfort. Air mattress can be added.
