Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

A 1906 building fully renovated in July 2022 and equipped with all the amenities that make guests feel at home. The unobstructed view of Portara, a monument symbol of the island, with the famous, enchanting sunset, and the entire Aegean Sea spreading out in front of you make your stay at Ma Mer uniquely unforgettable.

The home is surrounded by beautiful garden it has private veranda and offers excellent view of the sea.It includes two floors. The first floor contains a small kitchen and a living room. The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.

The room (20 sq.m.) opens up to a beautiful balcony with both sea and mountain view from where you can enjoy the summer breeze and beautiful sunsets. It is suitable for couples and those who want to enjoy nature, sea or simply relax away from the touristic part of the island.
