Monthly Rentals in Koukaki, Athens

We thank Mirto very much for hosting. They made our first Airbnb experience perfect. The area around the house was safe and within walking distance to important areas and very close to the subway. The house was so clean that it seemed like everything was prepared for us. His communication is very good, the instructions are very smooth and he has every scenario, and he is very friendly, he explained every question very well and responded quickly. We would like to stay at Mirton's house again on our next holiday in Greece.

It was a wonderful stay and next time when I’ll be coming I would definitely take it again. Thanks for hosting. Suggestions were given by the host on local restaurants and the house is located close to central station

I had a great time and the apartment was very clean and nice!

Great place for two of us for a week in Central Athens. Very walkable location with a supermarket a block away. Huge private balcony with a dining table and chairs. Convenient and comfortable amenities. The bathroom was a little dark and not well vented, but we quickly learned how to adapt to it. Comfortable bed and lots of storage. We did notice some dust throughout the apartment and hair on the rug and floor, but otherwise the bed, towels, kitchen and bathroom were clean. The host super responsive and helpful. Overall we would recommend.
