Holiday rentals with a patio in Kounoupidiana

Enjoyed my short stay here, the building is new and the place was furnished nicely. I especially loved the full size (and powerful!) hairdryer. Kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer and dishes/utensils. Shower pressure and temp were great. Easy to find and owner was very quick to respond to all communications. Would recommend!

A perfect gem in the heart of Chania! The place is wonderfully cozy, tucked away on a charming street just steps from great restaurants and the scenic promenade — you really feel the soul of the city here. Gabrielle was the kind of host you don’t forget: incredibly warm, thoughtful, and genuinely sweet. Even though our stay was short, she made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. An unforgettable little escape — highly recommended!

Thank you Georgios for your hospitality, for your warm recommendations (visits, beaches, restaurants etc). Georgios even installed everything necessary so that we didn't miss anything with our baby (baby chair, bathtub, changing mat) a real plus to facilitate our daily life. Apartment very well located to get to the old town on foot.

Maria is a warm host, very responsive and helpful. She made it possible for us to check-in earlier on arrival and then helped us get to the airport at 6 in the morning. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The studio is lovely, perfect for a couple or a single traveler, clean, peaceful, the backyard is great for a relaxing evening or the morning coffee. There is a bus station very close to the studio taking you to the city centre. Any questions you might have about getting around, Maria will answer them and help you enjoy your stay.

Loved our stay at Elies Place. It’s in a great location for the beach but far enough not to have disturbance from the busy promenade. Silver was a brilliant help, nothing was too much and she really made our stay better. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is a minute away from a bakery and two minutes from a supermarket. The local people were so friendly and spoke to us every morning. The old town is an easy 15-20 minute stroll where there are better restaurants but significantly more expensive. The beach and facilities are great also. Would recommend staying at Elies Place if you’re looking for value for money and great location.

Manolis’s place is truly special. Perfect location for everything. Free parking is easy to access. You can walk everywhere in Bol from the flat. I’m 192 cm and had zero issue with the height of the ceiling in the bathroom. Ignore the poster’s comment, you’ll be fine. This is a GEM of a property.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! The apartment looks just like the photos and is really well maintained and immaculately clean. Plus they’ve also thought of everything, it’s really well equipped. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to all the old town restaurants and bars. Plus the rooftop is a real sun trap in the afternoon, we loved hanging out by the pool.

My family and I really loved the appartment. it was very tidy, clean and I really loved the shower in the bathroom hahah. the location was also an absolute pre very close to the harbour and located in the cute old part of the city. Besides the communication with Konstantina went very smoothly and she answers within minutes mostly! She also tried to help us with questions as much as she could and when we 1st entered the apparment, there was a nice treat of her family for us, which was really cute. overall it's an amazing place to stay and I totally recommend!

A short walk from downtown Kalyves, but far removed from the hustle and bustle of the town of Kalyves. Several good places to eat, with some services such as medical and a pharmacy, a couple small markets with enough provisions. The location had absolutely amazing views of the bay of Souda, very private and quiet. The property is secured by an electric gate, to keep wandering tourists away, in that this accommodation appears historical in nature, maybe all that’s left of an old kastelli, based on the rock walls. I could be wrong, but I would guess that the actual accommodation is what used to be the powder magazine for the old fort. We enjoyed the place immensely.

Absolutely loved this rental!! Our first time in chania and we fell in love with this city and what it has to offer. One of the reasons that helped us have such a great experience was this home!! The location is PERFECT! Not too far from the main road so you don’t have to carry your luggage very far . Everything is walkable from this home which is amazing ! The only thing to keep in mind which is as seen in the pictures and description there are many stairs in the home to get yo the bedrooms and rooftop. But if that doesn’t bother you than I would say book this home now! The Home is even better than the pictures and the rooftop is amazing for the sunset ! One last bonus was Maria was an amazing host and extremely helpful and accommodating with anything we needed!

10 out of 10! This villa was absolutely perfect for our week in Chania! Clean and spacious, plus a very nice pool that’s kept at the perfect temperature for swims at any time of the day. Lia was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here when we return.

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

We loved our stay, Dimitri has provided a lovely place to stay . Very convenient for everything in the old town and a pleasant walk to the beach. Very helpful and obliging host, made us very welcome.

New apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, larger balcony, very comfortable bed. Everything is bright, clean and friendly. There were welcome drinks and local specialties to try. Konstantinos was helpful and always easy to reach. We followed many of his tips and were not disappointed. Thank you! A rental car is a must, as it is the only way to be flexible and get to the most important sights.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The apartment was everything we could have asked for. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need. The bed was also extremely comfortable. It really felt like Anastasia and John put a lot of effort into making this apartment perfect for a wonderful holiday. Thank you again, would highly recommend to anyone looking to book.

We had a fabulous week away here! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The balcony was so lovely with the amazing views. We were given oranges to make fresh orange juice which we had each day..so delicious! Also a lovely bottle of wine which was a nice welcome surprise. The apartment was a short walk to town, where each evening we explored a different area of Chania. We hired a car for exploring in the day, lovely beaches with clear blue water. Our first time to Crete and will sure to be back. Our daughter stayed with us and worked from home for 4 days, the WiFi was very good which was a relief! The apartment was very light and airy but maybe a fan in the twin room would be good as it got very hot, would be our only suggestion to improve our experience.

The apartment is as described , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the bus station, public bus no. 11, ticket zone A, while the walk towards the center is a pleasure because you walk practically all the time by the water. Very good contact with the owner of the apartment. To top it off, we were with a few months old baby, it was the need for a crib to sleep and here the biggest surprise, and it's a gigantic plus for the owner...because he just bought a crib for us, which is no extra bed or a tourist crib, and the truest wooden crib that met our expectations. Thank you😀 I recommend with all my heart and we will definitely come back 😀

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

it is truly the best airbnb i saw, everything was according to the description, there were little treats, some raki, and everything you need as a base for cooking (oil,salt,pepper,sugar, pans, bowls,etc) and cleaning very clean and the most comfortable bed! they are really nice people, always fast responsive and ready to help. also, the walk to the center of chania (aprox 15 mins) has stunning views across the shore. i highly recommend ! i highly recommend!
