Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

They were very interested in our needs. We were able to reach the house comfortably. We had a good time in this place, which fascinated us with its view, and cooked our dinner and barbecue. The place was as in the photos. Although the road was a little difficult, it was as we expected. It was quite nice to experience the sunset there.

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

Mr. Mehmet was very polite and professional from the beginning. The house we stayed in was very clean and tidy. We loved the fact that it has its own pool in the garden and the view of the patio. Thank you also for helping us quickly if we need anything. Based on the price, the location and comfort fully met our expectations.

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

Mr. Ercan and his wife were very kind and helped us with everything during our holiday, and you can find everything you need in the house. The sea and the view, the sea is 5 minutes away by super vehicle, it is definitely recommended, I will prefer it again

very chill experience

It was one of the cleanest, neat and calm places I've been. It's undoubtedly a place you can choose. As long as I'm on my way, I will continue to stay and definitely recommend it to my surroundings. We are very pleased with the attention and relevance of the employees. He deserves every penny.

Mr. Erdal called us so that we did not have any problems with transportation from the beginning of our trip and gave detailed information about the location of the house. The cleanliness of the house, the items, etc. The house has everything you need. The house is located in a quite and peaceful area. We were generally satisfied with our 2-week stay. The house, especially the bathroom, was a little old but quite clean and tidy. The garden is very pleasant and ideal for people with pets. Our host helped and supported us in every way. Thank you so much.
