Open living room and kitchen solution with dining table and seating area, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with heated floors and shower cabin and private laundry room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom with heated floors and a shower cubicle. From the living room on the ground floor you go straight out to a plot with a large long table and plenty of seating. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per set or bring your own.

The cottage is on the beachfront with large, west-facing dock and private sandy beach where the sun first sets at 10:30 pm midsummer! Great for lazy days in the sun and fish from the jetty in the evening, or as a starting point for paddling, waterskiing or enjoying the Kragerø archipelago. There is plenty of bolting space for toddlers on the sandy beach. Road all the way, with private parking space. The cabin has 4 beds on the 1st floor and 4 beds on the 2-piece loft on the 2nd floor. Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.

Hytta har anneks med en liten dobbeltseng som skrår innover, perfekt om du liker det lite og intimt. Toalett ligger i tilknytning til anneks. Det er ett koselig felleskjøkken Smia på stedet hvor du finner alt du trenger til matlaging. Vi har egen strand og tilbyr kano og sup utleie.
