Free parking 50 m from the house. The house is delicately renovated and has plenty of beds. Open living room and kitchen solution with dining table and seating area, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with heated floors and shower cabin and private laundry room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and another bathroom with heated floors and a shower cubicle. From the living room on the ground floor you go straight out to a plot with a large long table and plenty of seating. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 150 per set or bring your own.

The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Private terrace with sun in the afternoon. There is also the possibility of renting a barbecue hut that is located on the property. There are 2 bicycles that can be rented (5EUR per day) Easy parking.

Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
