The cabin is located on Øysang, where there is a holiday center with swimming pool, restaurant and tennis court. A few minutes' walk to the jetty in Hødnebøkilen. Here it is possible to rent a boat. Swimming area in Skarvann with swimming jetty is also within walking distance. Otherwise, the Øisang ferry goes to Risør city center (and back) several times a day. Nice hiking terrain and a short drive to the Svabergene on Stangnes and Portør.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
