Mein Haus ist im südfranzösischen Stil 2007 erbaut und strahlt Urlaubsflair aus. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain, hat einen eigenen Eingang und kleinen Terrassenbereich gen Osten. Im großen Raum befinden sich dann Küche, Essplatz und Schlafzimmer in einem, aber angenehm unterteilt. Lesestoff und ein Backgammonspiel zum Zeitvertreib stehen hier zu Verfügung ebenso wie Netflix. Über einen kleinen Flur mit Schrank und Schreibtisch kommt man in ein großzügiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Hier finden sich auch Bademantel, Yogamatte und Utensilien die man halt so braucht :-) (Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel, Nähzeug, Tampons, Einwegrasierer, Taschentücher, Handspiegel, Fön). Das Haus ist von einem gemütlichen Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten umgeben. Der große Hof im Süden steht auch meinen Gästen zur Verfügung mit einer Loungegruppe, einem Grill und Hängematte. Hier kann man in Ruhe abschalten und relaxen. Sehr gerne stehe ich für Auskünfte, Fragen, Brötchen holen und kleine Wunscherfüllungen bereit. Rettigheim ist von Wald, Wiesen und wunderschönen Weinbergen umgeben. Bäcker, Friseur, Krämerladen und Gasthöfe findet man gleich im Dorf. Nach Malsch und zur Wallfahrtskapelle auf den Letzenberg kann man zu Fuß wandern, oder den Tag auf dem Segelflugplatz, dem Golfplatz oder im Tierpark verbringen. Der schöne Odenwald ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, oder wie wäre es mit einem romantischen Ausflug nach Speyer? Wer shoppen will, sollte unbedingt nach Mannheim. Rettigheim ist ein kleines Dorf mit idealer Autobahnanbindung zur A5 und A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe sind in 30min. mit dem Pkw erreichbar. Auch mit der S-Bahn klappt das prima alle halbe Stunde vom Bahnhof Rot/Malsch aus. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von uns um die Ecke. Zur SAP St.Leon-Rot fährt man wunderbar auch mit dem Fahrrad über einen direkten, geteerten Fahrweg durch Wiesen und Felder in 10 -15min. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, naturnah und dennoch gut angeschlossen an Städte wie Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim und Karlsruhe.

Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.
