You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

A cozy apartment with a balcony from which you can see the Alps and partly the lake, with loving furnishings. Our single-family house is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac, directly on a beautiful park with natural Kneipp facility and offers year-round direct proximity to the lake, the nearby Alps and cycling tours of every taste as well as winter sports. There is the possibility of a home office through a spacious workplace with Wi-Fi and LAN connection.

Loy Guest Apartment

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
