The crown of the Zillergrund

The crown is located in a quiet, secluded location, in the Zillergrund. The area is an ideal starting point for hikes as well as high alpine tours. There are excellent hiking trails or mountain bike trails to explore. The cottage has a living room with sitting area, couch, large kitchen with dining table, fridge, electric stove, oven, wood stove, coffee maker. 5 bedrooms, shower, toilet. Heating with wood-burning stove + electric. In front of the cabin there is a grill, fountain, and a very large sun terrace. Bread service, offer gladly on request.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In just a few minutes by car you can reach numerous excursion destinations. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing or simply enjoying the peace and the fantastic view. Our cabin offers you a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood stove and a beautiful view of the Alps. The accommodation offered is on the ground floor of the building.

Almhütte "Almbrünnerl" auf der Raffner Alm – Ruhpolding Die gemütliche Almhütte „Almbrünnerl“ auf 1000 m Höhe, direkt am Waldrand inmitten des Wandergebiets Unternberg, bietet auf 30 m² alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, einen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (180x200), TV, WLAN, einen Nachtspeicherofen sowie Dusche/WC. Genieße die überdachte Terrasse mit Eckbank und großem Tisch. Die Hütte ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar.

Waldchalet Tulfes

Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. PKW Fahrzeit: 15 Min - Innsbruck, 5 Min - Nahversorger, 5 Min - Skigebiet Tulfes, 5 Min - Skigebiet Rinn (Kinderland)

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Quaint hut on the alpine pasture

Relax, unwind, enjoy, experience nature, play, hike and unwind. In the middle of the beautiful Mölltal mountains high up, at 1600 m above sea level, lies the cozy log cabin. A self-catering cabin with a rustic stove, well-equipped kitchen and running water. Grazing cows and a nearby stream make the mountain idyll perfect. The fantastic views, the tranquility, the wide valley, the nearby mountain peaks - up here you are a little closer to heaven.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The lake house *best location with private jetty*

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Small, cozy one-room hut in Mittersill

Our small, cozy one-room hut can accommodate 3 people, shared hours and evenings. With the wood-burning stove it gets cozy and warm. A large corner bench with table, bunk bed, and dresser are also in the cabin. Barbecue right next to the cabin, water right at the cabin at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a couple of meters from the cabin, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.
