Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Stugan byggdes klart 2022 och är 45kvm + loft. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig med havsutsikt från samtliga rum. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras för 15€/150 sek per set. 150m från stugan ligger även badplats med sandstrand, badbryggor och flotte, samt fantastiska vandringsleder både norr och söderut.
