Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Välkommen till vår nyrenoverade och familjevänliga sommarstuga på vår lantgård i Offerdal. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.

Inom mindre än 20 km finns bensinmack, kiosk, återvinningsstation, pizzeria / thairestaurang, matbutik, hälsocentral, frisör, tandläkare, bilverkstad, hembygdsgård, kyrka, loppis mm 1 km till sjö där det finns roddbåt, kanot , kajak, SUP att låna. 2,5 km till trevlig badplats med omklädningsrum, grillplats, badbrygga och utedass. Flera naturreservat och utsiktspunkter i närområdet som heter Offerdal.

Östran

Perfekt för avkoppling, fiske och natur. Egen båt ingår, vattnet är känt för bra fiske. Helt avskilt läge utan grannar, men bara 25 min från Åre. Mysig och rustik stuga med sjön som närmsta granne – idealisk för dig som vill koppla bort och njuta av tystnaden. Med förbrännings toalett, ej rinnande vatten. Så är en stor dunk med vatten. Tvätta sig i sjön. Vill man ha en varm dusch finns de tillgång till de uppe på gården vid överenskommen tid. 🧹 Städning ingår inte 🐕 250kr 🚭

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer.
