In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Välkommen till vår nyrenoverade och familjevänliga sommarstuga på vår lantgård i Offerdal. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.

Only 5 km away, you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country trails. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views and bird towers are nearby.

Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor bastu finns på gården i en separat byggnad, lånas mot en avgift. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.
