Within 15 km there is a gas station, kiosk, recycling station, pizzeria/Thai restaurant, grocery store, health center, hairdresser, dentist, car repair shop. 20 km to the slalom slope for children in Almåsa and 40 km to the larger slalom slope in Åkersjön with a popular mountain hotel. Starting outside the cottage, there is a sledding hill and ski tracks of various lengths. December 4-7, Biathlon and Jamtli Christmas market in Östersund, 45 minutes south.

A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Paradise at Kallsjöen

Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.
