Perfect for the family, friends or a relaxing weekend just the two of you in front of the fireplace and the nice view. Ski in, ski out for cross-country skis - where the cabin's sauna awaits after the end of the ride. A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Rislägden in Åre municipality is a paradise in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the campfire, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is right outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting grounds in the hills and mountains around. Amazing views of the lake and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city center. Possibility for cross-country skiing in the illuminated track, swimming pool and Curling hall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Villa in family-friendly Sånghusvallen, just outside Östersund. There is sleeping space for 4-5 people with room for more. With a soccer goal, countless soccer balls, a trampoline and a hot tub on the spacious terrace, there is something to do for most of the family. In the garden you will also find fresh spices, strawberries, wild strawberries and other goodies in summer. We moved in late 2020, which is why we dare to say that the accommodation meets the vast majority of expectations you can have for a newly built house.

Annex at Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.
