The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be booked via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 more sleeping places (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person €20 extra charge).
