Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and patio seating. Estate in a quiet, park-like ambiance with old trees. Own parking space. Good bus and train connections! Strandbad only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions as well as attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center of Klagenfurt and 3 km from Alpen-Adria University.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

The appt. on the 1st floor is accessible via an external staircase. Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. Washing machine in bathroom 2024 minimum stay 1 week

We are a family of 4 (I with my 3 sons, 18, 20, 20) and we live on Lake Wörthersee, where others vacation, in a large detached house with a separately accessible garden apartment attached to our living area. We offer this 60 m2 apartment with pool use at Lake Wörthersee for a special stay in Carinthia. Pool can be used from the end of May.

One of the most beautiful holiday apartments, ideal for excursions, hikes, the glass of wine on the terrace in the evening. Modern, stylish, high-quality furnishings, unseen with views of the countryside, a few minutes' walk to the lake, train station, inns.

The apartment is excellent, 200 meters from the beach and yet very quiet. The terrace overlooking Lake Wörthersee and the anniversary observatory is a special highlight. In addition, the apartment is fully equipped, you will find in addition to all conceivable cosmetics in the bathroom and supplies such as spices, oils, sugar, etc. In the kitchen, a small library and games, CDs, DVDs ... The three bikes were a perfect means of transportation for breakfast shopping and lake tours, after a 'patch' the affected bike was repaired after 24 hours thanks to Gabriele; it was also permanently available and very helpful. I don't praise the apartment any more, otherwise it might be quickly booked next year – we want to go again after all! ;-)

we had a fantastic stay. Sandra was extremely friendly and very flexible with our check in times. we felt right at home and the apartment was perfect for what we needed and access to the lake was stunning. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.thank you!

The apartment is amazing. Absolutely as good as new, clean and furnished in a modern style. There's nothing missing. The kitchen is well equipped. The private beach is the icing on the cake. Tanja and Andreas are great hosts who gave us very good restaurant and excursion tips. We plan to come back!

We spent three nights at the lake, and for two of them, we were the only ones there. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing — we haven’t had such a restful getaway in a long time. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left feeling completely recharged.
