The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Centrally located - just 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Depending on the season, the tourist tax ranges from €1.80 to a maximum of €2.30 per adult and there are some discounts with the guest card.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. HoffmannsNest Garmisch is located in a quiet location in the district of Garmisch. The local mountain and the city center are a 10-minute walk away. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The apartment was newly equipped in September 2019 and has TV and Wi-Fi. A bus stop is close by. From here you can make beautiful trips to the entire uplands. The small kitchen invites you to relax with breakfast and more.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
