Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.
