Very charming, cozy studio with fantastic views of the mountains of Klosters! Thanks to its central location, the center of Klosters can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes/local bus 2 minutes. Klosters has various leisure activities that can be practiced in the summer and winter seasons. Golf course, sports center, beach, hiking/biking trails, Selfranga ski lift, ice rink and Gotschnabahn are in close proximity. From Gotschna by means of a valley descent with skis almost to the front of the house!

Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

"SunShine" befindet sich fast im Dorfzentrum von Pany an schöner, sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Erreichbar mit dem Auto und Postauto. Wir haben sie "SunShine" genannt, weil Du vom Sonnenaufgang bis in den späten Nachmittag die herrliche Sonne geniessen kannst. Alles ist im Preis inbegriffen, inkl. Endreinigung.

In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, in winter you can reach the ski resorts Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The apartment is perfect for guests who appreciate tranquility and at the same time want to be quickly in Klosters, Davos or the ski resorts of Madrisa and Parsenn (bus can be reached in just 5 minutes). A private underground parking space is also available.

Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock unseres Hauses und ist liebevoll im holzstill erhalten und restauriert worden. Sie ist einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich zuhause in der Ferne fühlt. Sie ist geräumig und bietet einen grossen Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über das Prättigau mit Blick auf Klosters hinten im Tal. Das Haus ist am Südhang gebaut und geniesst viele Sonnenstunden. Ruhe und Frieden sind hier garantiert! Am komfortabelsten geeignet für 4 Gäste.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony.
