The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and a breathtaking view of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, in winter you can reach the ski resorts Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

Sie ist einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich zuhause in der Ferne fühlt. Sie ist geräumig und bietet einen grossen Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über das Prättigau mit Blick auf Klosters hinten im Tal. Das Haus ist am Südhang gebaut und geniesst viele Sonnenstunden. Ruhe und Frieden sind hier garantiert! Am komfortabelsten geeignet für 4 Gäste.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. The apartment is ideal for families with children (even toddlers)

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
