The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

The apartment is lovingly decorated, very centrally located and offers everything you need for a cozy life in the mountains. The bright living room with large windows lets in a lot of daylight and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. A sunny balcony with outdoor table and chairs offers views of the Jakobshorn.

Enjoy the sunny southern slope with unobstructed views of the imposing Gotschna mountain range. The Madrisa and Gotschna mountain railways can be reached in just 10 minutes thanks to a bus stop 50 meters away. After active days on slopes or hiking trails, relax on the sun terrace, in the wellness area with heated pool, hot tub and sauna or enjoy the mountain panorama.

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Studio Brämablick in historic Villa Dora

Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio is newly built and furnished. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. A coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with an oven. Microwave and freezer in a separate room. The garden can be used.

The location slightly above Küblis is optimal and offers a magnificent view.

The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. The apartment is ideal for families with children (even toddlers)
