Here, everyone is in good hands who is looking for peace in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen. The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well appointed and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overcrowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800 m).

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Our agriturismo on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses were created. The apartment 4 is located on the garden side and can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

Our apartment is located in the north of Lübeck, in the Schlutup district, near the Trave estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
