We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Naše maringotka se nachází na jedinečném místě v CHKO Broumovsko a je obklopené pouze přírodou. V dnešní uspěchané době vám nabízíme oázu klidu, zpěv ptáků, šumění potoka. Ubytování je vybaveno jednoduše, ale dostatečně. Ubytování je v maringotce s terasou a venkovním posezením. Můžete se těšit na ohniště + gril s lávovým kamenem. Hned za potokem je prostor k meditacím a rozjímání. Těšíme se na všechny, kteří vyhledávají klid.

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
