This home was absolutely magical. It’s beautifully designed and perfect for two couples, with two spacious master suites that offer plenty of privacy. Keith was an incredible host — even though he and his family live on the property, we had complete privacy and wouldn’t have even known they were there aside from a warm check-in. The real highlight, though, is the location. The view from the back patio looks like a painting — truly one in a million. Even with so much to do nearby, we spent our entire first day just soaking in the scenery from the patio and pool. The home is extremely quiet, well-equipped, and peaceful. The daily visits from two friendly horses and three goats at the fence were a hit with the wives and added such a fun, personal touch. The nearby restaurants served some of the best meals we had on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend this special place to anyone visiting Maui.

We stayed at Christine’s place for five nights and had an amazing time. The apartment was great to directly feel like home and it’s located in a quiet area with a great view. We had the chance to see the Alpacas Asher, Cal & Gabriel every day on our way to get to the car since they were “mowing” the grass in that area. We travelled around Maui from here and everything was accessible within a maximum drive of ~1h. Christine was always responsive and allowed us to feed the Alpacas (Apple or Banana) and invited us to see other animals on the farm. Overall, we highly recommend Christine’s place and would always stay at her house the next time we visit Maui.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a couple nights! The space met and exceeded all our needs. Sweet porch and entryway, beautiful room, comfy bed and nice bathroom set up . A wonderful breeze blows thru the room and carries the perfect slightly floral scent. The water dispenser, coffeemaker, fridge and paper products were very appreciated. Tasty fresh breads in the mornings were such a nice treat. LizBeth was quick to respond to questions. Small friendly town a short distance away was a fun place to catch breakfast and visit shops. The location is wonderful for exploring cool places and returning to relax. Garden spaces around the property are beautiful, inviting and refreshing. Beach chairs were a win, too. We enjoyed our trip to Maui and we will fondly recall our stay at the Hibiscus Hideaway!

5 stars is not enough and I don’t say that lightly. The experience was more than I could have hoped for. Joanna was professional but kind offering lots of insights and anything a tourist might need for a day at the beach. She anticipated a potential early check in, allowing us to arrive early after our 26hours of travel. There was aloe and sunburn meds which we inevitably used. The space was clean and the lofted aspect made the winds from the mountain a dream. The space did get very hot during the mid day but the island is so beautiful and diverse that we were never at the bnb during that time. Joanna used Hawaiian words to name and describe the space. We were in the “Holoholo” which roughly translates to ‘have the mindset to joyfully wander’. The space was used for that purpose and was all the better for it. Some advice for any travelers to Maui! DO NOT travel with a destination in mind. Allow yourself to wander and enjoy the timeless beauty and majesty of the island.
