Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Relax in this unique newly-renovated accommodation in the heart of Bohuslän. Here you live with lovely sea views mostly sheltered and can enjoy long summer evenings under the roof. You live in a basement apartment and have a sheltered patio that offers a charcoal grill for pleasant dinners overlooking the cozy harbor. View also from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You can take an evening dip from the jetties further out in the harbor or at our "own" cliff bath with evening sun on the headland. If you want bed linens/towels, text, there is an extra charge.

Enjoy all year round in a unique picturesque environment. Quiet, walkable area with accommodation near the sea, about 100 meters to swimming. Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Endast ca 75 m från havet och Fisketångens populära badplats som har en kiosk och krabbmetar brygga. Vårt hus ligger på en lugn gata och det är ca 1,5 km ner till Kungshamns centrum där båtar går till både Smögen och Hållö. Det finns många fina platser i omgivningarna inom promenadavstånd. Boendet är på 2a våningen. OBS! Slutstädning ingår ej! Handdukar och lakan ingår.

Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

Nära till promenadstråk. 7 minuters promenad till centrum där du hittar butiker och bad. Här går även zita båten som tar dig över till smögen. Bäckeviks tomater är din närmsta granne där du kan köpa egenodlade tomater. Närliggande utflyktsmål: Ramsviks naturreservat / sotekanalen 10 min med bil. Nordens ark 10 min med bil.
