Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kvitåvatn

We just got what we wanted: A user-friendly and cozy cabin in a quiet and scenic environment. Mathias was a perfect host. He responded quickly and pleasantly to our inquiries, and we felt at home in his cabin from the first moment.

A clean and tidy home, close to good hiking opportunities and walking distance to the city center. I recommend staying with Kjersti, a really good host.

A very nice house with good beds, all equipment in the kitchen and a lovely outdoor area with a large hot tub/pool. Close to Bø city center and good parking, perfect for adults with children at the football cup or for a visit to Sommarland. Recommended!!

Beautiful apartment in a really beautiful place and really cozy inside. The living room window opens to a really beautiful view that can also be admired from the balcony. Beds, pillows, blankets and sheets really comfortable and high quality! The best dreams of my visits to different destinations so far. Beautiful cottage in a charming neighborhood. Everything is in it. The host thought about the guests' free time, there are bicycles, games, rollers and many other equipment. You can come here for longer with the whole family. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Mette's place, it very spacious with everything you could want. Mette is generous, kind and always ready to help. The view from the balconies is outstanding. if you are walking, it is 20mins from the train station and 10mins is uphill. Also you are in the middle of a 3 story building, and sometimes you will hear people walking around upstairs. Neither of these worried us, I only mention this in passing. They in no detracted from our experience. 5 stars all round. Thank you Mette.

The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully located, with beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Lårdal is a fantastic place for a relaxing weekend, and we had a great time. The hostess Torill was absolutely amazing, she drove us to the start of Lårdalstigen and was always available if we needed anything. Her hospitality really made the stay extra special. In Lårdal, we found both a sauna and a cozy restaurant at the campsite. If I had to criticize something, the bed was too soft for our taste, and the shower jet could have been a little stronger. But this did not outweigh the otherwise fine stay. Highly recommended!

A really nice apartment that works perfectly. Very well equipped and it is possible to store skis on the ground floor in private enclosure. Ski-in/ski-out works optimally - however, be aware that you start on the black part of piste 22, which however very quickly turns red. However, there are shuttle buses to other areas if too difficult for some family members😊 Definitely an apartment and area we would be happy to come back to!

A perfect, tranquil setting close to our desired loacation/activity of ice climbing. The views over the lake are sublime. The facilities are excellent and squeaky clean! Homely, quirky and comfortable! Thank you for having us! We'd love to come back!

The town is within easy walking distance. There are different sitting areas for people to chill out so the house never feel clostrofobic. We stayed with a group of 8. This is our second stay. Everyone had a good time.

The kitchen was large and conveniently arranged for several who contributed food etc, large dining room with plenty of space, great outdoor areas & large and good en-suite bedrooms were just great😀👍🏼. Plus the great place, Kristin has been so heartwarming and responded quickly & enjoyable emails😀! We've all had a great time ~ with great meals & valuable conversations, great experiences, and life & laughter😀! The whole big family is really happy with the stay❤️! Dice 6 from A to Z😀!

I stayed at the cabin over New Year’s Eve to the new year. I was looking for something peaceful and charming and Anne’s place it’s just what I was looking for. The living room/dining area is very sociable and cosy. The kitchen has top notch amenities and the projector screens adds up to the experience if you want a nice movie night in by the fire. The surroundings have some nice footpaths for hiking and not far off from the main village if you need to top up on the groceries or… car battery. If you’re lucky you can even spots some wildlife playing by the woods. Highly recommended! Thanks!
